What Is Ethnic Rhinoplasty?
Ethnic Rhinoplasty is the art of making a natural aesthetic nose that has characteristics related to the race (African, Middle Eastern, Latin American, Asian and Spanish) people belong to. With various surgical techniques, the shape desired by the patient is made by correcting the pathologies of the nose.
Who are the right candidates for Ethnic Rhinoplasty?
Patients with very small and straight nose, nasal imbalance incompatible with the chin and forehead structure, wide nostrils, low disproportionate or excessively raised nasal tips are suitable for this surgery. Ethnic rhinoplasty cannot be performed in children who have not completed their nasal development as in other nose operations, patients must be at least 15 years old.
